Social Media Bootcamp [Jasmine Star + Creative Live] Part 1

First of all, WOW, what an amazing experience. If you ever doubt yourself or want to talk yourself out of doing something because it makes you uncomfortable, put the fear aside, and go for it. Never know where it will lead.  For us, this uncomfortable situation was something as simple as recording a 60 second video to apply for Social Media Bootcamp with Jasmine Star.

In the Spring, we traveled to Palm Springs, California for a week of learning everything business and connecting with other boss babes at the amazing Alt Summit!  Totally awesome week and total brain overload, but being around people in the same line of work that "get it" was so rewarding and fulfilling.  Even better, we were surround by everything color and retro at the famous Saguaro Hotel.

While there, an email came through from Jasmine Star, as we always receive, but this one stood out!  "Can I call/meet you next month?"   

Back story : Started following and learning from Jasmine 10 years ago, when we were doing photography when she was killing the wedding photography world!  Long story short, the connection never went away, even though we are in different places professionally.  So, total fan-girl moment when I actual opened the email saying that they were looking for a Small Business for a project she was doing with Creative Live in Seattle.

Already on brain overload from Alt Summit, back home putting everything into action, we halted everything in order to prepare for this next adventure to Seattle, Washington.  Travel arrangements, meetings, outfits, photo props, models.....
