HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE?

• Blankets, Towels, Luggage Tags
•    Will ship in approx 3 to 5 business days.
• Sherpa Blankets, Swaddle Blankets, Baby Products, Throw pillow covers, Car seat covers, Crib Sheets, Accessory bags and Canvases.
•  Will ship in approx 5 to 10 business days

WHAT IF THERE IS AN ERROR WITH MY ORDER?

•      Please fill out the Contact form on our website and we will make sure and get it taken care of as soon as possible.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONAL?

•      At this time we are only shipping to the US & Canada. 

WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY?

•      Because our products are personalized all sales are final, however if the product is damaged or there is an error, please fill out the contact form and we will get back to you as soon as possible!

CAN I SEE THE ARTWORK BEFORE PLACING MY ORDER?

•     We do offer a preview on our repeat design blankets, on the product page.  For all other blanket styles at this time you can fill out the contact form and we can email you a proof!

HOW DO I WASH THE BLANKETS?

• Wash on cool gentle cycle with other soft items. Dry on low heat or air dry. Washing with rougher materials (shoes, jeans, Velcro etc) could compromise the softness.

 

WHICH SIZE SHOULD I GET?

•      *30X40 APPROX. : Baby/Toddler : Great for newborn to toddler (3/4 yrs old ) Perfect in the car, car seat, or to carry around.
•      *50X60 APPROX.:  Throw Size : Great for new baby all the way to  Grandma. Typical "Throw Blanket" Size. Easy to take on the go and cuddle on the couch.
•      *60x80 APPROX. : Large/Twin Size : Nice large size to completely wrap up in. Great on a twin bed in place of a comforter.

 

CAN YOU PUT FIRST AND MIDDLE NAME ON A BLANKET?

•      Yes you can, however depending on the length of the names we usually suggest sticking to the first name.
