United StatesFirstly, my mother has been making purchases of blankets from here for everyone she knows including for me. The blankets are good quality and suppeeerrr soft. They also do not lose their quality after multiple washes. I decided to also make a purchase from here for a gift. As an indecisive person being offered all the great design options, I struggled to choose the blankets to get. After I finally decided and made the purchase, I saw another design option that I wanted instead. I emailed the company to ask if there is a way for me to update my order and they responded promptly (like literally within an hour or 2) and agreed to update the order and change the blanket. During production they even sent me a digital version of how the blanket would come out just to confirm I would like it. Like…come on… A++ for customer service! Highly recommended. And seeing as I have had the blanket that was gifted to me for a couple of years, you know that they will last a long time. Can somebody say “I’m taking my baby blanket with me when I go to college!” Lol. Buy it! The end.
